Event overview
TRACC leaders, plant managers and TRACC users representing a number of global organisations attended the TRACC Practitioners’ Roundtable in Edinburgh, Scotland. Attendees from leading organisations including Beam Suntory, Cargill, Cloetta, Diageo, DSM and more, joined TRACC Community members to share their continuous improvement experiences, successes, and lessons learned.
Event highlights included a presentation on CCi’s new global approach under the leadership of recently appointed CEO Jay Milligan, collaborative client introductions, best practice sharing and networking sessions, reflections on the Beam Suntory Casa Sauza site’s TRACC journey which led to a successful stage 5 implementation, a presentation on Diageo’s journey of aligning practice and performance to deliver sustainable breakthrough results and an overview of DSM’s best practice sharing network case study.
This two-day networking and best practice sharing event also included a site visit to a client's world-class manufacturing site, followed by an exclusive whisky experience, and a dinner at Johnnie Walker Princes Street.
