Event overview
TRACC leaders, plant managers and TRACC users representing six leading global organizations attended the TRACC Practitioners’ Roundtable in Cali, Colombia. Attendees from Bayer CropScience, Cargill, Coca-Cola Andina, Colombina, Diageo, and DSM joined fellow TRACC Community members to share their continuous improvement experiences, challenges, lessons learned and solutions.
Key focus areas at the event included: sustaining 5S and ensuring ROI; successfully implementing Asset Care; improving problem-solving and reducing loss and waste with Focused Improvement; implementing Visual Management; and steering the change initiative with Leading and Managing Change.
This two-day networking and best practice sharing event also included a benchmarking tour of the Colombina Biscuits and Pastries factory, and an exclusive coffee tasting at La Bodega del Kfe.
