Hilton has 20 years of experience in production, quality, planning, continuous improvement and business development. He holds an Executive MBA (cum laude) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, together with a number of executive development certificates spanning a broad range of disciplines. He currently serves as Group Operations Manager, overseeing the profitable operation of six manufacturing facilities in South Africa.
